What if I can't find a pet carrier to match my airlines dimensions?
The really nice thing about the dimensions they provide you is they are the largest length, height, and width that can be used under the seat in front of yours. The dimensions they gave you are not the exact size your carrier must be, it just needs to be able to fit into an area with those measurements. Rarely do you find a pet carrier that is the same, or very close to the same, length as it is width. Pet carriers are not made to be square as that would make them very awkward to carry. Generally they are either longer than they are wide or tall. And when you add the flexible benefits of a soft sided pet carrier, you add a touch of ‘wiggle’ room, as the sides can mold and give a little when needed. Keep in mind also that a carrier can be laid on its side making the width and height interchangeable, therefore if you are looking for a carrier within the dimensions of; 16Lx17.5Wx8.5H a carrier that is 16Lx6.5Wx10H could be laid on its side changing the dimensions to 16Lx10Wx6.5H, and now it fits into the allotted space.
Are all your products on your website in stock?
We are a online storefront for major manufacturers, therefore, we do not keep an inventory. Occasionally our wholesalers do run out of an item, but we do our best to inform you of shortages and outs before your order. Sometimes we find out the item is unavailable after your order has been placed with us. If that should happen to your order we will gladly supply you with any and all information needed to decide if you wish to cancel or order or have the short item(s) placed on backorder. If you wish to call or email us before placing your order we will be happy to check on stock for you.
When is my credit card charged?
At the time of your purchase your credit card will be billed. You will receive no further charges for additional shipping or packaging due to delayed or back-ordered products.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, simply visit our website, and click on the track your order tab. Although, we process your order immediately, it may take 2-3 business days to view the initial status. If you are unsure and have any difficulty with its section, please remember that is why we have customer service. Just call or email our customer service department.
When will my order arrive?
We estimate delivery based on the most current information from our manufacturers. Items that are mass produced, and/or in stock, typically take 7 - 10 business days for regular shipping. If you prefer Special Handling Shipping, which is recommended on some items, delivery will take longer, as much as 2 - 4 weeks. Special items that require custom work will usually require 2-8 weeks for delivery. Please notice we do not offer discounts for any delayed shipments, we can not control the various shipping companies.
What if my order is damaged?
Always inspect the package(s) before signing for your delivery. By signing a delivery sheet, you are acknowledging that the merchandise was delivered to you in good condition and you waive your right to a return/refund based on delivery damage. If damage is not noted upon delivery, your claim may not be fully honored. Please notify us of any damaged deliveries immediately at customerservice@yourpetcarrier.com or call toll free, . Please use your judgement, if the item(s) are severely damaged refuse shipment, if things don't look severe then accept delivery with notations on the acceptance. When ever possible take photos of the damage and email the along with your notification to customerservice@yourpetcarrier.com.
What do I do if I get my order and I don't like my order?
We are sure you will love your order, but in the event that you do not, you may return it at your expense for the shipping, within 30 days provided you receive a pre authorization first. A restocking fee may apply and you will be held liable for any damage to the carrier unless damage was reported at the time of delivery.
